Open Feedback Categories
Automatically organise open feedback into themes, highlighting operational pain points, improvement areas, and staff-related feedback, making it easier to act
When open feedback categories are enabled, all new open feedback is automatically processed and categorized by the HappyOrNot AI into these categories: Spam, Profanity, Harmful, Relevant, Room for improvement, Personal feedback.
Users can filter on the categories to view the individual feedback or can use the new Feedback spotlight to create a summary of the filtered data.
The Open Feedback Categories will be accessible from within the reporting portal.
