Geelong Cats focus on game day engagement

Cats hoping to see smiling faces from fans at GMHBA Stadium. Cats members and supporters will have the opportunity to provide instant feedback through the innovative HappyOrNot terminals which have been installed in preparation for this Sunday’s first game at GMHBA Stadium for 2018.

A simple way for fans to provide feedback, the HappyOrNot terminals will be a permanent fixture at GMHBA Stadium in 2018. With just the push of a button, fans will be able to rate their match day experience at GMHBA Stadium with the live data fed wirelessly to a web-based collection. Data collected will be used to identify opportunities to improve match day engagement and satisfaction.

The Geelong Cats are the first stadium based organisation to implement HappyOrNot in Australasia, following the lead of many North American based franchises like the San Francisco 49ers and Georgia Bulldogs.

“We’re delighted to have such a prestigious club as the Geelong Cats in a fabulous stadium utilising HappyOrNot. We hope that fans and visitors embrace the solution to tell Cats management how their experience is at the stadium each time they visit” says Derek Lamb from Push My Button the local HappyOrNot reseller.
HappyOrNot is considered the global leader in instant customer and employee satisfaction reporting. Companies are able to improve their customer experience, relationships and fan engagement using the data collected from the terminals.
“The club is looking forward to providing our members and supporters with the opportunity to have their say via the HappyOrNot terminals,” Geelong’s Chief Commercial Officer Braith Cox said.
